Given my decades-long career as a Consulting CIO/CTO/CISO across numerous industries, from start-ups to the Fortune 100, I can guide your organization to a successful outcome, with a commitment to see your mandates through to completion.

Rather than offer generic packaged engagements, I adapt to shifting needs as they develop, whether acting as an interim technical executive or bolstering the success of an existing one by offering discernment and guidance, filling in organizational skill gaps or mentoring staff to improve self-reliance.

Sometimes the plan calls for work no one on staff is qualified for. In such cases, I do that part myself; judgment alongside implementation.
